1. Introduction<\/strong><\/h4>\n

IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L. respects the privacy of every user who visits the Website and uses the Services (“User”). The Policy does not apply to third party sites accessible through external hypertext links present on the IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L. website.

2. Categories of personal data processed by IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L.

IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L. may process the following categories of Users’ personal data:<\/p>\n

  1. Identification and contact data (e.g. name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, etc.).<\/li>\n
  2. Data relating to the content of electronic communications exchanged with IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L. for the purposes set out in paragraph 3.<\/li>\n
  3. Data relating to Users\u2019 activities on the social pages of IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L. (e.g. blog, Facebook, etc.)<\/li>\n
  4. Data relating to an IP address or the User\u2019s ID of the device through which the Site is accessed, or the Services are used.<\/li>\n
  5. Data relating to the type of browser used by Users, as well as the date and time of use to access the Site or the Services.<\/li>\n
  6. Data relating to the participation of users in competitions and activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    3. Purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L. mainly processes Users\u2019 data to allow them to access, register and navigate on their Site, as well as to use the Services.
    \nAny further processing only takes place through obligations established by law, or with the explicit consent given by the User to the Controller.
    \nIn particular, IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L. collects and processes the personal data of Users for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

    1. Respond to requests from Users sent via the Site.<\/li>\n
    2. Allow users to participate in the competitions and activities offered on the Site.<\/li>\n
    3. Improve the presentation, features and functionality of the Site and the Services, as well as the administration and management of Users\u2019 requests and orders.<\/li>\n
    4. Allow Users to participate in product testing.<\/li>\n
    5. Allow Users to participate in surveys and analyses anonymously.<\/li>\n
    6. Allow Users to participate in online courses, webinars and tutorials.<\/li>\n
    7. Provide assistance on the use of products, at the request of Users.<\/li>\n
    8. Prevent fraud or crimes committed through the Site or Services.<\/li>\n
    9. Fulfil legal or tax obligations under applicable law.<\/li>\n
    10. Subject to consent, contact Users through automated tools (email, SMS, MMS, social, unmanned calls) and non-automated (paper mail and telephone with operator) to make commercial offers and promotions, as well as involve them in market research and surveys, also by sending regular newsletters;<\/li>\n
    11. Subject to consent, analyse the choices and commercial preferences of Users in using the Site or Services, in order to customize the offer of products and promotions dedicated to them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      For the purposes referred to numbers 1 to 9, IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L. will process Users\u2019 personal data based on their requests and their legitimate interest.

      Personal data processed by IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L. based on the User\u2019s consent, will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were originally collected and, in any case, will not be processed as a result of any revocation of the consent given.
      \nWhere the processing of personal data should instead take place in fulfilment of legal, fiscal or judicial obligations, the data may be stored up to a maximum of ten (10) years.

      5. Processing methods<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      All personal data will be processed mainly through electronic tools and methods, however processing by paper means is not excluded a priori by IKT Surfaces and Textures S.L.
      \nThe Data Controller will take all necessary security measures in order to minimize the risk of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purposes indicated in this document.
      \nHowever, since it is not possible to guarantee that the measures taken for the security of the Site and the transmission of data are such as to exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data, we urge the user to make sure that their computer is equipped with updated antivirus software for data network protection – both inbound and outbound – and that their Internet service provider has adopted firewalls and anti-spam filters, or other appropriate measures for the security of data transmission.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

        Pursuant to the Applicable Privacy Law, from May 2018, Users will also have the right to exercise the following rights:<\/p>\n
